A value for money hotel, very clean and has free parking. It's a big hotel in an old building, but the rooms are modern and includes anything you could need during your stay. We booked the deluxe double room and the room was very spacious. The shower was great, and the complimentary teas, coffees and biscuits were appreciated! The TV also has apps such as Netflix, YouTube and Spotify as well as the normal channels. The only downside is in the mornings, there is a lot of light that comes through the windows, even with the blinds down. So, no need for an alarm clock as I was awake by 6.30AM each morning of our stay! I don't know if this is the same in all the rooms, or just ours (room 5). Overall, I would stay here again and it definitely is value for money.
We had a triple room... 3 single beds, ensuite, very spacious room. 2 floor so lots of stairs (no lift) however there was a kind offer to help us with luggage. Loads of free parking spaces and only a 5-10 min uber into the city centre so perfectly located and very quiet. Staff were very helpful.

Great big room, well funished, clean & quirky. parking onsite, walking distance to food & drink, only complaint is the wi-fi(very poor) apparently thats temporary.
Surprisingly brilliant hotel! Booked the family.room and it was huge. Clean, comfortable and lots of tea and coffee etc. The bathroom was spotless, the shower great and plenty of parking. My grandson was delighted as he thought it looked like a haunted house due to the gotjic architecture ( it's not haunted, it's lovely) We just booked a room as my daughter is in labour but ended up really enjoying our stay! 10/10 way better than more expensive chains in the city.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The rooms were fantastic— modern and spotlessly clean. I particularly loved the convenience of having built-in USB ports right in the room, which was a very thoughtful touch. The staff were absolutely lovely; every interaction was pleasant and helpful. Plus, it was all incredibly cheap for the quality of the experience. Excellent value for money
Myself and my husband had booked the clairemont hotel for one night we was not quiet sure on what to expect but we was shocked its a cosy room clean and staff very polite . They could put a little small fridge in the room for cold drinks but i would highly recommend .price is good too.
We stopped for 2 nights but had to change rooms because not available for 2 nights which wasn't a problem, we stopped in the deluxe double room and the apartment, we preferred the deluxe double room because it was at the front of the lovely building and had really big windows which made the room very light and it was modern. Plenty of hot water and warm rooms. Parking very good too. Would stay again. Great value for money
